FINALS CCDS3351k section 1 (Wednesday 15th October 08, 8.30pm); section 2 (Thursday 16th Oct 08, 8.30pm)
Salam.
For finals there will be a random draw to select 8 debaters (op/gov and position) for a British Parliamentary debate. You will each prepare INDIVIDUALLY for 15 minutes before the debate. The remainder will be adjudicators; you will judge the debate and give ORAL ADJUDICATION giving me reasons why the team you gave the win won and analysis of their arguments as well as your way of improving the debate for both sides. You will be assessed according to your performance that night.
The motion for finals is “THW prioritize bailing out its corporations rather than its people”. Please research well. Good luck and all the best.
